Once you've had time to put what you've learned into practice, you can reassess your Beat, track your progress and decide what to focus on next. You don't need to work on everything at once, the idea is to make focused, sustainable changes over time.

Along the way, Pulse Points, leaderboards, goals, progress tracking, rewards, member benefits and The Pulse community are there to help you stay motivated and keep going.

CoreSeven is available on desktop, tablet and mobile. On your phone, it works like an app but doesn't need to be downloaded from an app store. Simply access CoreSeven through your browser and add it to your home screen for easy access. There's nothing to install or manually update.

We recommend completing one level each week to fully understand the theory and embed the behaviours learnt in the workbooks.

Yes. If you have a monthly CoreSeven membership, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access to the same features until the end of your current paid period.

Annual memberships can also be cancelled to prevent renewal at the end of your annual membership period.

Yes. You can change your membership from within your CoreSeven account, so you're not locked into the option you originally choose.

If you start with a Monthly Membership and later decide an Annual Membership offers better value, you can switch through your account settings. Likewise, you can manage your subscription and future renewals from your account.

The free trial is available with our Monthly Membership, rather than Annual Membership.

If you'd like to try the full CoreSeven experience before committing to a year, start with the Monthly Membership and use your free trial. If you decide CoreSeven is right for you, you can then switch to an Annual Membership through your account settings and benefit from the lower annual price.

You can create a Free Membership with limited access to explore the platform, complete your quizzes, view My Rhythm and start setting goals, with no card details required.

Alternatively, you can start a free trial of the Monthly Membership, giving you access to more of the CoreSeven experience, including Beats and Levels, videos, interactive workbooks, The Pulse and leaderboards.

Some paid-member features, including Rewards, Member Benefits and donating Pulse Points to charity, aren't available during the free trial and unlock once you become a paying member.
