Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 26 August 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CoreSeven website, platform, membership services, quizzes, resources, community features, rewards and other content made available through CoreSeven.
1. About these Terms
Please read them carefully before creating an account or using CoreSeven.
By creating an account or using CoreSeven, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
CoreSeven is operated by Inspire You Wellbeing Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
In these Terms, “CoreSeven”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Inspire You Wellbeing Ltd and the CoreSeven platform.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not create an account or use the platform.
2. What CoreSeven is
CoreSeven is a personal development and life platform designed to help people reflect on, understand and develop different areas of their lives.
CoreSeven is structured around seven Rhythms:
- Physical
- Emotional
- Growth
- Social
- Financial
- Occupational
- Transitional
Within these Rhythms, members may access quizzes, Beats, Levels, educational content, videos, exercises, downloadable resources, goals, recommendations, Pulse Points, community features, rewards and other tools.
Features available to you depend on your membership level and may change as CoreSeven develops.
3. CoreSeven is not medical or professional advice
CoreSeven provides educational, reflective and personal-development content.
It is not a medical service, mental health service, financial advisory service, diagnostic tool or emergency service.
Quiz results, Rhythm scores, Beat scores, recommendations, videos, workbooks, exercises and other CoreSeven content are intended to support reflection and personal development. They do not constitute diagnosis, treatment or individual medical, psychological, financial, legal or other regulated professional advice.
Scores should not be interpreted as clinical assessments or definitive measures of health, wellbeing, ability or future outcomes.
You remain responsible for decisions you make about your health, finances, relationships, work and other areas of your life.
Where appropriate, you should seek advice from a suitably qualified professional.
If you believe you or somebody else is in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, you should contact the appropriate emergency or crisis service rather than relying on CoreSeven.
4. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your CoreSeven account.
Your account is personal to you.
You must not:
- share your login details with another person;
- allow another person to access paid content using your account;
- impersonate another person;
- create accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes; or
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to another member’s account or CoreSeven systems.
You are responsible for keeping your password and login information secure.
Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
5. Membership options
CoreSeven currently offers Free, Monthly and Annual membership options.
Free membership
Free membership is currently available at no charge and does not have a fixed expiry date.
The features included in Free membership may differ from those included in paid membership.
Monthly membership
Monthly membership currently costs £19.99 per month.
Where a one-month free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your membership will automatically convert to a paid Monthly membership and the applicable monthly subscription fee will be charged using your selected payment method.
We currently send a reminder approximately two days before the trial is due to convert to a paid subscription.
After conversion, your Monthly membership renews automatically each month until cancelled.
Annual membership
Annual membership currently costs £199 per year and renews annually unless cancelled.
The price and renewal information applicable when you subscribe will also be shown during checkout.
6. Cancelling a paid membership
You may cancel a paid membership through the cancellation options provided within CoreSeven account area or by contacting us where appropriate.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at the time of cancellation, you will normally retain paid access until the end of the period for which you have already paid.
When your Monthly or Annual paid access ends, your account may automatically revert to the Free membership rather than being deleted.
Your account, goals and other information may therefore remain available subject to the features included in Free membership.
Cancelling a subscription is not the same as requesting deletion of your CoreSeven account or personal data.
7. Prices and changes to memberships
We may change membership prices, features or membership structures from time to time.
Any change affecting an existing paid subscription will be communicated appropriately before it takes effect where required.
If you do not wish to continue following a material change, you may cancel your subscription before the change applies to your next relevant billing period.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
8. Payments
Payments may be processed using third-party payment providers.
You authorise the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription payments where you have selected an automatically renewing membership.
If a payment fails or a subscription ends because payment is not received, paid access may be suspended or your membership may revert to Free.
We do not require you to delete your CoreSeven account simply because you stop paying for a paid membership.
9. Quiz data and consent
CoreSeven quizzes cover different aspects of life and wellbeing, including physical and emotional wellbeing, growth, social connection, finances, occupational life and life transitions.
Some answers may reveal information that is considered sensitive or special-category personal data under UK data-protection law.
Before completing CoreSeven quizzes, you may therefore be asked to provide separate explicit consent to the processing of quiz information.
Where this applies, you will not be able to complete the quizzes until the required consent has been provided.
Your consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting:
admin@coresevenplatform.com
Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that was lawful before consent was withdrawn. However, withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide quiz scoring, progress tracking, personalised recommendations or other features that depend upon that information.
Further information is provided in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
10. Quiz results and recommendations
CoreSeven may use information you provide to calculate Rhythm scores, Beat scores, progress and recommendations.
These outputs are designed to support reflection and engagement with CoreSeven.
They should not be treated as objective assessments, diagnoses or guarantees.
Recommendations are generated according to CoreSeven’s platform logic and content and may not always be appropriate for every individual or circumstance.
You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to act upon a recommendation.
11. Pulse Points
Members may earn Pulse Points through eligible activity within CoreSeven.
Pulse Points:
- have no cash value;
- cannot normally be exchanged for cash;
- are not a financial product or currency;
- cannot be transferred or sold unless CoreSeven expressly enables this;
- may only be used for purposes made available within CoreSeven.
We may correct Pulse Point balances where points have been awarded incorrectly because of technical error, duplication, manipulation, fraud or misuse.
We may also change how Pulse Points are earned, calculated or used as CoreSeven develops.
12. Rewards and benefits
Eligible members may be able to exchange Pulse Points for rewards, benefits, sessions or other opportunities.
Availability may be limited and particular rewards may have additional eligibility requirements, expiry dates or conditions.
Rewards have no guaranteed cash-equivalent value and cannot normally be exchanged for cash.
We may add, remove, replace or change rewards where reasonably necessary.
13. Charity donations
CoreSeven may allow eligible members to use Pulse Points to support participating charities.
Where this feature is available, 100 Pulse Points currently represents £1 of charitable donation value.
Pulse Point donation selections are accumulated and donations are processed by CoreSeven in bulk at the end of each month rather than being transferred individually each time a member makes a selection.
Once processed, donations cannot normally be reversed or converted back into Pulse Points.
Participating charities may change over time.
Members may request evidence of a completed donation by contacting:
admin@coresevenplatform.com
Pulse Points allocated to charity are not personal cash donations by the member and members should not assume that they personally qualify for Gift Aid, tax relief or another financial benefit as a result.
14. Leaderboard
CoreSeven may include leaderboards showing member activity and Pulse Points.
Members can control their leaderboard visibility through Your leaderboard preferences in their account.
Available options may include:
Show my profile
Your display name, profile picture, position and Pulse Points may appear on the leaderboard.
Stay anonymous
You remain on the leaderboard, but your identifying display name and profile picture are hidden and replaced with an anonymous identity.
Hide me from the leaderboard
You continue earning Pulse Points but do not appear on the leaderboard.
You can change this preference through your account.
Leaderboard positions may change as members earn points and are not guaranteed.
15. The Pulse and community features
CoreSeven may provide community spaces, discussions, Q&As, comments or other member-to-member features collectively referred to as The Pulse or similar community functionality.
When participating, you must communicate respectfully and responsibly.
You must not post content that:
- threatens, harasses or abuses another person;
- discriminates against or targets people unlawfully;
- contains unlawful, defamatory or deliberately misleading material;
- infringes another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- contains another person’s confidential or personal information without permission;
- constitutes spam or unauthorised advertising;
- promotes dangerous or unlawful activity;
- attempts to exploit vulnerable members;
- contains malicious code or links;
- impersonates another person; or
- seriously disrupts the community.
CoreSeven is not intended to operate as an emergency, crisis or clinical-support forum.
Members should avoid presenting personal opinions as professional medical, psychological, financial or other regulated advice.
We may moderate, restrict or remove content where reasonably necessary to protect members, the platform or our legal obligations.
Serious or repeated breaches may result in suspension or termination of community access or your CoreSeven account.
16. Your community content
You retain ownership of original content you post to CoreSeven.
By posting content in a community area, you give us a non-exclusive licence to host, store, display and technically process that content as reasonably necessary to operate CoreSeven.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share anything you upload or post.
Do not share confidential information or personal information about another person unless you have an appropriate right or permission to do so.
17. CoreSeven intellectual property
This section is particularly important.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all intellectual-property rights in CoreSeven and its content belong to Inspire You Wellbeing Ltd, its licensors or the relevant rights holder.
This includes, without limitation:
- the CoreSeven concept and platform content;
- the seven-Rhythm framework and associated structure;
- Beat and Level content;
- quiz questions and quiz structures;
- scoring structures and methodologies;
- recommendations and educational pathways;
- written content;
- exercises and activities;
- workbooks;
- worksheets;
- downloadable PDFs and other downloads;
- graphics;
- diagrams;
- illustrations;
- photographs and images;
- videos;
- audio;
- animations;
- course and coaching materials;
- page designs;
- branding;
- logos;
- icons;
- databases and compilations;
- original terminology and written explanations; and
- other original materials made available through CoreSeven.
Your membership gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use CoreSeven content for your own personal use.
It does not transfer ownership of that content to you.
18. What you may not do with our content
Without our prior written permission, you must not:
- copy or reproduce CoreSeven quiz questions;
- photograph, screenshot or systematically capture content for redistribution;
- copy, download or extract substantial amounts of platform content;
- reproduce CoreSeven videos, images, diagrams, workbooks or downloadable resources;
- distribute our downloads to other people;

- use automated tools to collect our content;
- use our content to train, fine-tune, develop or populate an artificial-intelligence model, dataset, knowledge base or competing digital product;
- provide your account to another person so they can access protected content; or
- otherwise use our intellectual property outside the personal-use permission granted by these Terms.
Downloading a resource through a CoreSeven Download button does not transfer copyright or ownership to you.
It gives you permission to use that copy personally in accordance with these Terms.
Where we expressly provide different licensing terms for a particular resource, those specific terms will apply.
19. Protecting CoreSeven intellectual property
We reserve the right to investigate suspected copying, scraping, unauthorised distribution, account sharing or misuse of CoreSeven intellectual property.
Where appropriate, we may suspend or terminate access, issue takedown requests, seek removal of infringing material and take other reasonable steps to protect our intellectual-property rights.
Termination of membership does not end the restrictions in these Terms concerning intellectual property.
20. Availability and changes to CoreSeven
We aim to keep CoreSeven available and functioning reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, updates, hosting problems, internet connectivity, third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
CoreSeven is an evolving platform. We may update, improve, replace or discontinue features, content, rewards or functionality.
Where a change materially affects a paid service, we will take reasonable steps to communicate this where appropriate.
21. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including where:
- you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms;
- payment remains outstanding;
- your account is being used fraudulently;
- you misuse the community;
- you attempt to interfere with CoreSeven systems;
- you infringe our or another person’s intellectual-property rights; or
- suspension is reasonably necessary to protect CoreSeven or its members.
We will act reasonably and proportionately in exercising these rights.
22. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
CoreSeven is provided for personal development and informational purposes.
We are not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on quiz scores, recommendations or educational content where professional advice would reasonably have been appropriate.
We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms affects rights that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.
23. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as CoreSeven develops or where legal, regulatory, technical or operational requirements change.
The current version will be available through CoreSeven.
Where a change materially affects your rights or a paid subscription, we will provide appropriate notice where required.
24. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also have rights to bring proceedings in the courts applicable to where you live.
